With extensive experience in high-end aviation services, Marc has built a reputation for delivering complex, time-critical travel solutions for high-net- worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with absolute discretion and precision.

In his role, Marc oversees both client relationships and flight operations, ensuring every journey meets the highest standards of service, safety, and efficiency. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, deep industry insight, and an ability to anticipate and solve challenges before they arise.

Michael Arumemi-Ikhide | Vice-President

Over 15 years executive leadership across aviation and travel. Founding Director and former CEO of the Arik Air group of passenger airline and commercial aviation related businesses, operating a fleet of circa 30 aircraft with international destinations including London, Dubai, and New York.

With headquarters in both Nigeria and London, during Michael’s leadership, Arik Air achieved a Deloitte estimated enterprise valuation in excess of USD 2 billion.

Oliver Clarke | Head of Private Aviation

With a distinguished career spanning both the brokerage and operator sides of private aviation, Oliver has developed an unrivalled understanding of the industry, its people, and the global market in which it operates. Having held senior roles across both disciplines, he has spent years cultivating and fine-tuning an extensive network of trusted relationships with operators, owners, brokers, and aviation specialists worldwide.

Oliver’s ability to perform under pressure was tested in June 2025, when escalating conflict between Israel and Iran left a number of UHNWI clients and their families stranded in the region. Working against a rapidly closing window and severe airspace restrictions, Oliver sourced available aircraft and coordinated ground logistics in real time, successfully extracting clients from the affected region and bringing them safely home. The operation stands as a defining example of his composure and resourcefulness when it matters most.

Oliver has spent the past decade honing a broad skill set that has made him a trusted advisor to a wide range of HNW and UHNWI clients around the world. Through his extensive network across both aviation and adjacent luxury markets, Oliver has established himself as a go-to consultant for those seeking guidance on the charter, acquisition, and management of fixed wing and rotary aircraft alike. Michael Wilson | Non-Executive Director

Michael Wilson is a veteran of the UK military with 14 years of service. He brings senior board-level perspective across aviation strategy, governance, and commercial development. As a Non-Executive Director, he supports long-term organisational direction, risk oversight, and disciplined decision-making across high-value operations.

With a strong foundation in pilot training and flight operations, Michael combines practical cockpit understanding with executive leadership insight. His contribution strengthens Oryx Global Aviation’s ability to align operational excellence with robust governance and sustainable growth.
