Medical flights, coordinated end to end

Specialist air ambulance operators

We work with dedicated air ambulance providers whose aircraft carry intensive-care equipment and whose crews include flight physicians and nurses.

Bed to bed, not just airport to airport

Ground ambulances at both ends, hospital liaison and handover paperwork are arranged as part of the same plan.

Discreet support for families

Family members can usually travel with the patient. We keep you informed throughout and handle the logistics so you can focus on the person who matters.

How it works

  1. Tell us where the patient is, where they need to go and their current condition.
  2. We confirm a medically suitable aircraft and crew, and coordinate with treating clinicians.
  3. We arrange ground transfers, permits and handling, and stay in contact until handover.

What we need from you

The more we know up front, the faster we can confirm aircraft. If you do not have everything, send what you have and we will work from there.

  • Patient location and destination hospital or home
  • A summary of the medical condition and mobility, or a contact at the treating hospital
  • Number of accompanying family members
  • Insurance details, if the flight is being funded by an insurer

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an air ambulance and a medical repatriation flight?

An air ambulance is a fully equipped aircraft with medical crew for patients needing continuous care in flight. A repatriation flight may use a standard private aircraft with a medical escort for patients who are stable but unable to fly commercially. We advise on the right option with the treating clinicians.

Can family members travel with the patient?

In most cases yes, depending on the aircraft and the level of care required. Tell us how many people need to travel and we will factor that into the aircraft selection.

Do you work with insurers and assistance companies?

Yes. We can liaise directly with insurers, assistance companies and hospitals, and provide the documentation they require.

How quickly can a medical flight depart?

Air ambulance aircraft are frequently available within hours, subject to medical clearance to fly, permits and crew availability. We will give you a realistic timeline as soon as we have the patient details.

Tell us where the patient is.

We will confirm a suitable aircraft, medical crew and a realistic departure time.
