These terms govern your use of this website. They are separate from our General Air Charter Conditions, which govern charter contracts and prevail over these terms in the event of any conflict relating to a charter. By using this site you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Oryx Global Aviation, a trading name of Oryx Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13778790.

2. Permitted use

You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or engaging our services. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, is fraudulent, or seeks to harm or attempt to harm any person.

You must not, without our written permission:

• Copy, republish or redistribute material from this site commercially.
• Systematically extract data from the site, including by scraping, crawling or data-mining.
• Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or attack the site by denial-of-service.
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications.

3. Restricted areas

Parts of this site are for authorised personnel and require credentials. You must not attempt to access them without authorisation. If you are issued with credentials, you must keep them confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect they have been compromised. We may disable any account at any time.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, branding, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. No other rights are granted.

5. Information on this site

Content is provided for general information. Aircraft availability, specifications, indicative pricing and example quotations are illustrative, subject to change and subject to confirmation. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no binding agreement arises until confirmed in writing under our charter conditions.

6. Third-party links

Where we link to third-party sites, we do so for information only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons, and will give notice where reasonably practicable.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this site to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check it periodically; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
