Time-critical freight
When a line is down, an aircraft is grounded for a part, a project is waiting on equipment or a shipment has missed its scheduled flight, a dedicated cargo aircraft is often the only way to meet the deadline. We source freighters from small turboprops to wide-body aircraft and move the consignment on the first available departure.
Heavy, outsized and project cargo
Machinery, vehicles, aerospace components, energy equipment and relief supplies all have dimensions and weights that rule out standard belly freight. We match the load to aircraft with the right main-deck dimensions and loading equipment, including the largest freighters in service, and plan the loading and the route around it.
Humanitarian and remote operations
Relief flights, medical supplies and equipment for remote sites often need aircraft that can use short or unpaved runways, and permits that have to be secured quickly. We work with operators experienced in those environments and handle overflight and landing permissions as part of the charter.
Planning and pricing a cargo charter
To quote we need the dimensions, weight and nature of the cargo, the origin and destination, and the deadline. We confirm whether any items are dangerous goods, arrange the permits and customs formalities, and quote a fixed price for the aircraft, the handling and the fees so there are no surprises on invoice.
Frequently asked questions
How fast can a cargo charter depart?
Often within hours for standard freight on a suitable aircraft, longer where permits, dangerous goods approvals or specialist loading equipment are involved. The urgent cargo request form reaches the duty team directly.
What is the largest cargo you can move?
We arrange aircraft up to the largest freighters in commercial service, which carry outsized items of well over a hundred tonnes. The practical limit is usually the airports at each end rather than the aircraft.
Can you carry dangerous goods?
Yes, with operators and aircraft approved for the class of goods involved. Declare them when you enquire so we can plan the right aircraft and documentation.
Do you handle customs and permits?
We arrange overflight and landing permits and coordinate with handling agents and customs brokers at both ends, so the charter is cleared to depart and to be collected on arrival.
Can you fly to remote or unpaved airstrips?
Yes, with aircraft certified for those strips and operators used to working in them. Tell us the location and we will confirm what is possible.
