Why clients come to us when it goes wrong

We start with what is actually available

Rather than re-selling the same aircraft that just failed, we go back to the market and confirm live availability, including positioning aircraft nearby.

Straight answers on timing and cost

You will know what is possible, what it costs and when it can depart before you commit. No holding pattern and no surprises on the invoice.

Operators we have vetted ourselves

Every operator we use is checked for air operator certification, safety record, insurance and crew standards, so a replacement never means a compromise.

How it works

  1. Tell us where you are, where you need to be and how many people are travelling.
  2. We source a replacement aircraft and confirm the earliest realistic departure.
  3. We coordinate the handover: ground transport, handling and passenger details, so you simply board.

What we need from you

The more we know up front, the faster we can confirm aircraft. If you do not have everything, send what you have and we will work from there.

  • Your current location and destination
  • How many passengers and how much luggage
  • When you were due to depart and the latest acceptable arrival time
  • Whether onward ground transport is needed on arrival

Frequently asked questions

My operator cancelled a few hours before departure. Can you help?

Yes. This is one of the most common reasons clients call us. Send the route and passenger numbers and we will confirm what can depart soonest. Where possible we source aircraft already positioned near your departure airport.

Will I have to pay twice?

Your contract with the original provider is separate from ours, and refunds depend on their terms. We will quote transparently for the replacement flight and, where helpful, provide documentation to support your claim against the original provider.

Can you move an entire group or a multi-leg itinerary?

Yes. We arrange single flights, multi-leg itineraries and larger group movements, including regional and narrow-body aircraft through our commercial charter division when passenger numbers require it.

How do I know the replacement operator is safe?

We only work with operators holding a valid air operator certificate, appropriate insurance and a safety record we have reviewed. Where clients require it, we can share the operator and aircraft details before confirmation.

Somebody let you down. We will not.

Give us the route and we will come back with a replacement aircraft and an honest departure time.
