An experienced charter broker to build and manage relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices and corporate clients, sourcing and delivering private jet charter worldwide.

Oryx Global Aviation is an independent aviation broker delivering private jet charter, cargo charter, aircraft sales and specialist support worldwide. We are growing our private aviation team and are looking for a Senior Charter Broker with an established client network and the judgement to handle complex, time-critical requirements.

You will own client relationships end to end, from first enquiry to wheels down, working with a global network of vetted operators and supported by a 24/7 operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, executive offices and corporate organisations.
  • Advise clients on aircraft selection, routing, availability and charter requirements.
  • Source and negotiate aircraft with a global network of reputable operators and aviation partners.
  • Structure competitive charter solutions while maintaining commercial discipline and protecting client interests.
  • Manage the complete charter process from initial enquiry through to successful completion of the flight.
  • Work closely with operators, flight departments, FBOs, handling agents and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to develop existing relationships and build sustainable, recurring business.
  • Maintain accurate records, pipeline information and client intelligence within the company CRM.
  • Represent Oryx Global Aviation with professionalism, integrity and sound judgement at all times.

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record as a charter broker in private or business aviation, with an existing network of clients and operators.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the discipline to protect margins and client interests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the composure to handle time-critical requests with discretion.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in line with client demand.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and diligent about record keeping.
  • Right to work in the UK.
